Curbside Pick-Up

Well stocked, variety of animal foods, toys, treats etc. Extremely polite and knowledgeable staff! Curbside service is a plus!.

The delivery and curbside options are very helpful. When I order delivery, it arrives within a couple of hours. Curbside ordering allows me to quickly pick up my order without having to locate items in the store.

Ordered my item on line for pick up and it was ready in no time. Also, the variety of items is wonderful.

My shopping experiences are always rated with 5 Stars! They hold merchandise (usually cases of food) for pick up, and offer to help load it. Often they get merchandise from other stores to fulfill the order of food cases needed. When shopping in the store, the clerks have always answered my questions, offered information on other products and taken back food items without question that did not work. They helped me find a food for my small dog that could only eat 3-5 grams of fat per day. I would highly recommend this store for all your pet needs.

I placed an order online and it was ready quickly for pick up. They always give great customer service and my dogs appreciate the little treat they give when ordering for pickup or delivery.

I continue to have good experiences at this location. This time I used the curbside pickup option and my order was ready in a few hours. The staff brings your order outside to you and it’s a quick and easy exchange. The staff was friendly and helpful!

This is a great store with really nice folks working there! I lam thankful for the option of being able to do curbside pick up for my dog supplies because I usually have one or more dogs in my vehicle.. they always get the order pulled and ready so quickly.

Ordered online evening before and items were available by 10:15 when I arrived the next morning. This location has plenty of Hollywood Feed reserved spots which is appreciated because I know at the Jackson location non-Hollywood Feed shoppers hog them all up and they only have a few. I went in as opposed to curbside since I know the associates can sometimes get busy and I don’t want to be lazy. At first I couldn’t find the order in the cooler but found it before he was able to pull it up in the system. Overall easy process with no issues.

I think my dogs may have sniffed out their new favorite store…excited to have finally stopped in to the Hollywood Feed and discovered a wonderful staff, super clean store & self wash area with an amazing array of high quality products at affordable prices. I have actually made a list of items that they carry at a better price than my Amazon subscriptions. Now I look forward to buying them locally and still have the option of having the items delivered if I can’t make it into the store myself or even curbside pickup if I’m in a rush. Definitely check out Hollywood Feed if you haven’t already and hopefully your furry friends will love it as much as their human does.

Just got home from my first curbside pickup order with Hollywood Feed! I have been buying dog food from Hollywood Feed since 2015 when I lived in Mississippi. I am so thrilled they are now in Northwest Arkansas! Shipping has always been free with just one bag of dog food and arrives usually 2 days after ordering. Now with curbside and delivery there's even more options to fit our needs. I love that HF focuses on hollistic and more natural options for food and treats. I am just so happy to have them close to home to shop in person! The staff is so friendly, kind, and super helpful for whatever pet needs you have.

Greentree Hollywood Feed has a great vibe and outstanding customer service! Love the sales and especially the buy 12 get one bag of kibble free. The discounts given for curb side pick up and same day delivery are a significant savings too. Way to go!

I did a curbside pickup order and Tiffany was amazing! They were out one of the bags of food I wanted and she called to let me know we could substitute or remove it. Food was a great price compared to where we were previously purchasing it. Pick up was great, plus there was a small bag of treats for our doggie boys! Definitely going back!

Can’t believe I hadn’t been here yet after living right down the street for just over a year! My partner and I adopted a cat a few days ago who turned out to have tapeworms. Thankfully, the cat we already have had them once in the past and I knew it was a quick fix. I looked online for who sold the medicine nearby and Hollywood just so happened to have some in stock! I was able to order curbside which was ready within 20 minutes and go in for some extra goodies I needed.Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Forever grateful for small businesses like this, will definitely be back soon!

This place is amazing. I love that they allow a local animal rescue to use the store for adoptions. The first time I came into the store was to adopt my dog and my little baby puppy was laying on a big fluffy bed behind the counter sleeping like an angel. She is 9 months old now and we go in every month or so to get her food - all of the employees remember her, love on her, and give her treats. The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Raven who is always so helpful, but every employee I have interacted with has been fantastic. Every time I go in they ask what I need, they will look up my previous purchases to make sure I'm getting the correct food, and then they will go and grab the food for me and bring it back to the counter for checkout. I've also ordered her food online before and done curbside pickup, which is very convenient. Highly recommend, keep doing what you guys do best!

The staff at this location are all so kind and knowledgeable. They’re amazing at offering recommendations, and their return policy for dissatisfied pet opinions is amazing. I recently had a pup going through chemo, and they were great at helping me figure out how to best support her nutritionally. I love that you can check online for what they have in stock at any time as well. Hollywood Feed absolutely has the best food and treat options for my dogs, and their toy brands are fantastic for my more aggressive playing large dogs. Personally, I won’t shop anywhere else going forward. I will note that parking at this location can be a bit difficult during busy times of the day/weekend, though it doesn’t deter me. I try to go during the day or early on the weekend. There are a few 15 minute parking spots right out front, and they also offer curbside pickup and easy delivery.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. They have created the best of a physical location with local delivery and shipping and curbside pickup. They just make it easy and that means a lot!

Purchase regularly from my Rockwall location and a few times ordered delivery to my office from a Dallas location. So thankfull the Rockwall store opened right down the street from my house. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding my purchases and need for my dogs and cats. They even know me when I pull up for a curbside pick up. Love Hollywood Feed!

Easy pick up! The Gentleman who handed me my order, via curbside pick up, was charming and funny. Artemis, my cat, is a picky eater, but she loved the food (whew).
