Just got home from my first curbside pickup order with Hollywood Feed! I have been buying dog food from Hollywood Feed since 2015 when I lived in Mississippi. I am so thrilled they are now in Northwest Arkansas! Shipping has always been free with just one bag of dog food and arrives usually 2 days after ordering. Now with curbside and delivery there's even more options to fit our needs. I love that HF focuses on hollistic and more natural options for food and treats. I am just so happy to have them close to home to shop in person! The staff is so friendly, kind, and super helpful for whatever pet needs you have.

They have pet foods that other retailers don't have, that are made from human grade ingredients with no by-products or fillers. The majority of their products are sourced, produced & packaged here in the USA. They have competitive prices, same day delivery & free shipping on orders over $49. I wouldn't shop or feed my dogs anything else!

Only place I go in Charlotte for my kitty food. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They stock mostly all high quality pet products. A well curated store is always appreciated. They will also match any price you find online. So when you consider the price of shipping, buying from here is a desirable option. The rewards program they have is great too, and they often have sales on a wide variety of products and brands.

I was very pleased with the customer service on the phone and inside the store. It was a great experience shopping here and I will be back in the store and I will use their shipping option too. I was also very pleased with the quality and variety of dog foods offered with a low fat content. My toy poodle/dachshund mix had pancreatitis and pneumonia in 2022, after being boarded for three weeks and we have had a difficult time finding a quality food that was low fat. There were several choices here and our dog likes them all.

I LOVE Hollywood feed. I always buy online, so I can’t say anything about the in store experience… but shipping is spectacularly fast. I don’t know how they do it. Their customer service is amazing!
