We deliver pet food, treats, toys and supplies to customers in our eligible areas on the same day. Delivery is FREE for eligible orders over $59*. Any eligible orders under $59* will incur a $9.95 delivery fee. All orders must be placed prior to 6:00 PM to be delivered same day.

There is no surcharge for delivery of frozen items. All frozen items are delivered with an ice pack and in a thermal bag to ensure product safety.
Customers can leave out a cooler bag for us to transfer the frozen items to or be home at the time of delivery if you do not want the freezer bag and ice pack. Customers can return freezers bags and ice packs to stores to be sanitzed and reused.
The deadline for same-day delivery is 6:00 PM, 7 Days a Week. You can place an order whenever you like but we recommend placing the order before 6:00 pm to guarantee same day delivery.
Our Hollywood Feed Promise extends from our physical stores to our online shop. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please email [email protected], or you can call 888-816-8691, 7 Days a week.
On occasion we are out of stock on an item that has been ordered. There are a few ways that we handle this.
For foods, we will contact you by phone and/or email to determine if you would like a different food or if you would like to wait until we get the food back in stock. Often, we can substitute a different flavor or different sized bag. If necessary, we can deliver the in-stock portion of the order on time and deliver the back-ordered product once it becomes available.
For non-food items, such as toys, treats, health supplements, etc., we will attempt to make the best substitution based on our judgement. If we are unsure of an acceptable substitution, we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss substitutions or delayed delivery.

I order from the Little Elm location all the time for same day delivery. When I ordered today, they called to let me know they were out of the salmon formula for our cat's food and asked if it was possible to replace with chicken instead. I let them know I was a little hesitant due to our cat's age and diabetes, and without hesitation they assured me they'd have the driver pick up a bag of the salmon from another location to deliver. I frequently go to and get same day delivery from this specific Hollywood feed, every employee is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. They have all been able to answer all of my questions and give recommendations for treats, harnesses, dog shoes, and even helped point me in the right direction for dog training. I came here to give feedback because the person who delivered my order was so kind! I offered to grab the bags from her at her car, because I was already outside, and she was so friendly and helpful and carry them up for me. It was really nice interacting with someone that you can tell was genuinely very friendly

I am so impressed that somehow a store nearby was notified to ship same day. I live in Athens. AL area where we desperately need a Hollywood feed and I had no idea I could get same day shipping in this area. The nice note on package and less than 2 hr delivery time was a huge surprise I expected 2 days. This is why anyone I talk to I tell them not to shop anywhere but Hollywood feed prices are more reasonable for such a high end store! Thank you !

Very happy about the packaging of the delivered items. All sealed in a plastic bag with order details attached. This is magnificent if I'm not able to be there when the delivery is made, especially if there should be some bad weather. Soggy treats or bully sticks aren't very useful. I'm liking this option very much! Thank you!!

I found Hollywood Feed about 2 months ago and I absolutely love your Coppell location. I originally went in the store and the associate who helped me was very friendly and asked questions about my fur baby and his food. He offered some good food recommendations. I bought a small bag and my dog liked it so I ordered online for same day delivery about a week or so later and they wrote a sweet note and Included some goodies for my lil guy.
