Eligibility: The Hollywood Feed's eGift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 years of age in AL or NE, 21 years of age in MS) or older at the time of entry. Employees of Hollywood Feed and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period: The Entry Period consists of seven (7) days, beginning 12:00 AM Central Time ("CT") April 6, 2026 and ending 11:59 PM Central Time ("CT") April 12, 2026. All submissions must be received during this time period. One (1) winner will be selected for the Entry Period. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for the Entry Period. 4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Giveaway: either via online entry, or via the alternate method of entry using email.

By completing the form, you will be entered with one (1) entry into the giveaway associated with the Entry Period in which your entry form is received.

1. By providing your email address, you agree to be added to Sponsor’s email list to receive periodic updates and emails regarding Sponsor and its products and services. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time, by following the link to unsubscribe contained within any received email.
2. By opting in to receive text messages, you will receive one (1) reply text message to the phone number provided at the time of entry asking you to confirm that you agree to receive marketing text messages from Sponsor. In order to provide your phone number and opt in to receive marketing text messages, you must (i) have a plan with a wireless carrier that includes a text messaging service, and (ii) use a wireless device that is capable of two-way text messaging. By sending confirmation that you agree to receive marketing text messages from Sponsor, you signify that you understand that Sponsor may send a reply text message using an automated dialing device to the phone number associated with the wireless mobile device you used to confirm and your consent to receive that message. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER GIVEAWAY PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY USED. Automated entries, entries which use or in any way incorporate artificial intelligence or any other simulation of human intelligence or process through the use of a machine or computer system (collectively, “Artificial Intelligence”), either in the creation or submission of the entry or as a part of any entry, and/or third-party entries are prohibited. 1. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected for the Entry Period. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for the Entry Period. The winner will be posted on the Giveaway page at hollywoodfeed.com/giveaway by 11:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on the drawing day, April 13, 2026. The winner will also be notified by email and text message within one (1) day after the selection. Winner must respond to the notification within three (3) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award any or all of the prize(s). Non-winning entries will not roll over into any remaining Entry Periods.
2. Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded: one (1) winner will be selected. The 5 winner will win one (1) $20 Hollywood Feed eGift Card that can be used at hollywoodfeed.com or any Hollywood Feed location. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $20.00. The total ARV of the one (1) prize is $20.00. The total number of prizes available to be won during the Giveaway Period is one (1).

Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at their discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. General Conditions: Giveaway participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and/or all media) contained in any Giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Hollywood Feed in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.
2. Severability: If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
