You can cancel your order by signing into your account and viewing your open orders. You can also cancel by contacting our helpful customer service team. Your order can be canceled up to the point that it’s been packed. Once your order has been packed, please reach out to our customer service team or view our return policy for more information.
We charge sales tax for items shipped to the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IN, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, and TX.
Our stores work closely with shelters and rescue groups in each of their respective areas. For donation requests or event information, please reach out to your nearest Hollywood Feed store. Visit our Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

To update your default shipping addresses for future orders, you can visit your Account Overview page. From there, follow the menu navigation to “Addresses”. You can add a new address and you can remove or edit existing addresses.

AUTOSHIP
Auto Ship is a subscription service in which you can set your pet’s favorite food, treats or toys to arrive on your doorstep at the frequency you choose. Never run out, free shipping over $49, change or cancel at any time.
Shop the site as normal, select the “Create Auto Ship” button on the product detail page, choose your preferred frequency, click “Add to Cart”, complete checkout. You can add multiple products to the same frequency or set up multiple Auto Ships on different schedules.
No, there’s no membership fee, and you can cancel at any time.
We send an email 3 days prior to your Auto Ship’s scheduled shipping date. You’ll then receive another email when your order is generated, shipped and delivered. You can postpone upcoming Auto Ships up to the point that the Auto Ship order has generated.
Log in to your account
and follow the navigation to “Auto Ship”. From here, you can change your next shipping date or change your frequency. Please note that change in frequency does not automatically adjust your next ship date.To add products to your current Auto Ship, be sure you’re logged into your account, visit the product page of the item you wish to add and click the “Add to existing Auto Ship” button.
To remove products from your Auto Ship, visit your account and select Auto Ship from the main navigation. From here, you can select your Auto Ship to remove items, or cancel the subscription.
Login to your account
and follow the navigation to “Auto Ship”. From here, you can select the payment method under “Bill To”, in order to change it to another saved method or add a new payment method.Your payment method will be charged when the items in your order are allocated for shipment. This will generally occur on the same day that your order is shipped.

Visit your Account and select Auto Ship from the main navigation. From here, you can select your Auto Ship to remove items, or cancel the subscription by clicking the “Delete Auto Ship” button and following the prompts.
Same Day Delivery - FAQ
We deliver pet food, treats, toys and supplies to customers in our eligible areas. Delivery is FREE for eligible orders over $75*. Any eligible orders under $75* will incur a $5.95 delivery fee. All orders must be placed prior to 6:00 PM to be delivered same day. We strive to deliver all orders in about an hour.

We deliver throughout the day, 7 days a week. Deliveries typically begin within 30 minutes of the store opening. If your order is placed before 6:00 pm, we guarantee you will receive your order the same day. It may take longer to deliver everything on exceptionally busy days, but we strive to have deliveries completed in about an hour.
Same Day Delivery is FREE for all eligible purchases of $75* or more. Eligible orders less than $75* will incur a $5.95 delivery fee.

At checkout, there will be a field where you can leave delivery instructions for our drivers. If no instructions are left, our delivery drivers will knock on the door or ring the bell when they arrive with your delivery. If no one is home to receive the order, we will leave your order near the door.
You can order online! When ordering online, be sure to select “same day delivery” as your shipping method at checkout to see which of your items qualify for same day delivery. For delivery, make sure your order is placed before 6:00 PM to qualify for same day delivery. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered on the following day.

Yes, we currently deliver frozen raw food through same day delivery only. It is best to open your package immediately upon arrival and to place the frozen raw items directly in the freezer.

Yes, there is a $5.95 surcharge for delivery of frozen items due to the packing material that we include with these deliveries. All frozen items are delivered with an ice pack and in a thermal bag to ensure product safety.
Customers must leave out a cooler bag for us to transfer the frozen items to or be home at the time of delivery to receive a refund for the frozen surcharge. Once we leave the freezer bag with a customer, we cannot take it back and issue a refund due to compliance with FDA guidelines.
The deadline for same-day delivery is 6:00 PM, 7 Days a Week. You can place an order whenever you like but we recommend placing the order before 6:00 pm to guarantee same day delivery.
Our Hollywood Feed Promise extends from our physical stores to our online shop. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please email [email protected], or you can call 888-816-8691, 7 Days a week.
On occasion we are out of stock on an item that has been ordered. There are a few ways that we handle this.
For foods, we will contact you by phone and/or email to determine if you would like a different food or if you would like to wait until we get the food back in stock. Often, we can substitute a different flavor or different sized bag. If necessary, we can deliver the in-stock portion of the order on time and deliver the back-ordered product once it becomes available.
For non-food items, such as toys, treats, health supplements, etc., we will attempt to make the best substitution based on our judgement. If we are unsure of an acceptable substitution, we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss substitutions or delayed delivery.

Yes, your purchase of a Frequent Feeder eligible dog/cat food item will accumulate towards your total number of purchases to qualify for the free dog/cat food item. Please be sure that you are logged into your Hollywood Feed account and select “same day delivery” at checkout. Standard Shipping Orders are generally delivered by FedEx, though we may occasionally ship through other carriers.
Same Day Delivery orders (where available) are delivered by Hollywood Feed employees in Hollywood Feed vehicles.
No, you’re not required to be home for delivery.
We do ship to P.O. boxes. Orders to P.O. Boxes may be delayed by 1 to 2 days.
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or international addresses.
In the event that you are unable to locate your package after it's been marked as delivered, or your package can not be located after it has left our facility, please contact our customer service team. They will reach out to the carrier to open and trace and get you taken care of as quickly as possible.
Due to some state laws and/or shipping restrictions we are not able to ship certain items. Reach out to our customer service team for more details on a specific product.
