Sign Up For AutoShip

AutoShip is a service that we provide so that you can schedule regular deliveries of your pet's favorite food, toys, or treats! Rotate through formulas and sizes as often as necessary and ensure you never run out. You can postpone, reschedule or cancel your AutoShip at any time.

You can add any item to an AutoShip, and choose the frequency in which you will receive those items for recurring delivery. For example, you may need to order a big bag of food once a month, and a smaller bag of food once every two weeks. You can use two separate AutoShips to place these orders automatically, based on your unique schedule! You will no longer have to worry about running out of your pet's food - just set it and forget it! We'll handle everything so you don't have to!

AutoShips can be placed for FedEx Standard Shipping, Curbside Pick-Up, or Same Day Delivery, depending on your location and preference.

There is no membership fee for using our AutoShip service! It is 100% free to schedule pick ups and deliveries with ease.

To set up an AutoShip, please follow these steps:

• Find and select the item you would like to set up an AutoShip for on www.hollywoodfeed.comOpens a new tab.
• Choose the correct size, if applicable.
• On the right side of your screen, click "Create AutoShip."
• Adjust the quantity as desired.
• Adjust the frequency of your recurring delivery to deliver every number of weeks or months.
• Click "Add to Cart."
• Complete the above steps for any items you would like to add to a recurring order.
• Once you are finished adding items to an AutoShip, go to your Cart.
• You will be able to see all of the items in your cart and their associated AutoShip frequencies. You can adjust these frequencies or quantities here, if needed.
• Click "Proceed to Checkout."
• Fill out your shipping address, payment method, and choose your delivery method. You can also choose Curbside Pick-Up if you would like to pick up your items on a repeated cycle.
• Click "Place Your Order."
