Adoption Days - The Poplar location of Hollywood Feed offers multiple adoption days each month. In an effort to find the best matches for our customers we have partnered with several dog rescue groups. Mid-South Greyhound Rescue works in conjunction with the track in West Memphis. Real Good Dog Rescue offers small dogs typically weighing less than thirty pounds. We also are partnered with Cyan's Private Garden Rescue, a rescue with dogs on the medium to large side. Our location hopes to have an adoption event at the store one day out of every weekend of the month. Please contact the store for details on event dates and times.
Dog Training - The Poplar location is excited to announce the addition of a new partnership with dog trainer Ira Smith. Ira is a graduate of the Petropolis Dog Training Academy. Ira has been training dogs at several Hollywood Feed locations for some time and has had very positive feedback and reviews. We look forward to a rich and productive dog training relationship with our customers and Ira. Ira will be at the Poplar location every Friday from 5PM to 7PM. The 8 week training course is $100 and the 16 week course is $175.
Donation Drop Off Center - We are always accepting items for the Memphis Animal Shelter. They accept any and all dog and cat items plus newspapers, blankets, and towels.
